Description
‘Proud Sentry’ is a unique hosta by hybridizer extraordinaire Don Dean. Its upright, fountain-shaped clump boasts long, pointed green leaves with yellow edges that fade to creamy white. This cultivar was created from a cross of ‘Swoosh’ seedling, ‘Crested Surf,’ and ‘Venetian Blue.’ In midsummer, it produces 30″ tall spikes of light lavender flowers.
