Parentage: Co-Op 10 × CamuzatPristine is a recent introduction that is highly resistant to disease. It is among the finest early apples we have tested. As the name indicates, the skin is a clean yellow. The flesh is aromatic, juicy and a perfect balance of sweet and tart. Keeps for a month or more in the fridge.
