Nerium ‘Hardy Pink’ is a 2002 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a pink-flowered oleander we selected in Raleigh, NC, after our -9 degrees F arctic blast in 1984. Although the foliage of Nerium oleander ‘Hardy Pink’ burns when the temperatures hit single digits, we have never had a problem with root hardiness. In late summer, the 6′ tall specimens are adorned with terminal clusters of single, medium-pink flowers.
