Hosta ‘Brother Stefan’ – Bold Color & Award-Winning Texture
Hosta ‘Brother Stefan’ is a premium variety prized for its deeply corrugated, gold-centered leaves surrounded by dark green margins. Its thick foliage provides excellent slug resistance and a bold presence in shady landscapes. Named the 2017 Hosta of the Year, this cultivar continues to be a favorite for collectors and designers alike.
In mid to late summer, pale lavender to white flowers rise above the foliage on tall scapes, adding soft contrast to its bold leaf textures. Ideal for foundation plantings, shade gardens, or mixed perennial borders, it thrives in moist, well-drained soils.
